With 2024 Eastern States Conference behind us and most county meetings already held, the anticipation of the 2024 NYRLCA State Convention grows. TompCort RLCA, along with the help of a few people from the neighboring counties of Chenango/ Madison, Broome/Tioga and Oswego counties, things are shaping up. Remember to get your meal plan forms and money in by Tuesday, May 28th. Do not forget to get your room reservations made by Monday, June 3rd by calling 800-955-2754 and referencing “NY Rural Letter Carriers’ Association”. Calling is the only way to make your room reservations (The room rate (which sleeps up to 4 people) is $104.75, which includes fees and taxes.) They also have rooms that sleep more than 4 at a higher rate. Maybe you are thinking about camping instead of staying in “The Lodge”. then you need to go to: Greek Peak Campground – Cortland, NY | Reserve your campsite today (campspot.com) . The camping rates are $55/ a night up to $65/ a night depending on the campsite type you choose with applicable taxes and fees being additional.
Did I mention that the THEME for the Banquet on Tuesday, June 25th is “PATRIOTIC LUAU”! Dressing up in something Patriotic, Hawaiian, or a combination of both is encouraged!!!

There are many golf courses within a 20-minute ride for our golfers, along with many State Parks for our hikers and let’s not forget about Taughannock Falls near Trumansburg, just a short 45-minute ride away and Buttermilk Falls being the same.
